Here we go Again...

Well we are back in here in good ole Wyoming after being gone for almost 2 years. It is going well and the kids are adjusting. I keep promising them the park but with snow, rain, tornado's, and colds we have yet to make it there! They are doing pretty good about not asking for daddy everyday. It is hard to explain to two almost 3 year olds and a 15 month old that daddy has to work for a looonnngggg time. They start asking around dinner time and bedtime where he is. On May 15th Jose left to Afghanistan for yet another deployment. My parents were gracious enough to watch the little ones while I flew back to see him off. It was great to spend what little time we had left together. It is always hard to send him off because he is always such a big help with the kids. Mom has been doing great at helping me out :) Gabriel is a little talker now and loves to say new words. My stubborn Michael will not speak unless he thinks you are not listening. Lina has grown a bunch and is talking too. Her new thing is to sit on the potty after watching the boys :) The boys are doing great with the potty training and now only wear a diaper at night time! We have little accidents now and then but that is just boys I think. So far they are all healthy and doing great, just fighting colds this week :( I will post more soon, below are some pictures of Jose's send off!

Updates...

Well it has been forever since I have posted anything on here so I figured I would share some stories from our life. Where to start? The last blog I posted talked about how we were getting ready to move. We made our move in October, and are finally getting settled in here at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. I realized after I unpacked our last box that I would soon be packing it up again, just did not know when. Well we found out that Jose deploys again in May, so that box has been brought out of the garage and is getting packed all over again. We knew that it was coming, but we figured we would have a little more time. He has been keeping busy at work and our time is getting stretched to the limits. His unit spent a month in Fort Polk, Louisiana last month and he made it back just in time for Carolina's first birthday. Our litte girl is growing so fast, and watching her grow has been such a blessing. She is a petite little thing, only weighing 20lbs and 29in long now. She has been one healthy little girl with only colds. This has been a blessing as well, because the boys have no such luck. Gabriel had another ear infection last month and we spent a few hours in the E.R. trying to bring his fever down and figure out what was wrong. He is doing better now, and will see a specailist soon to figure out what the problem is. Michael has been doing great. He is a car fanatic and makes sure to point out all the ones we see. He is by far the most outgoing one of the twins and is the first to try the daring things. Gabriel is cautious and takes his time, but is such a big talker. He is currently on repeat mode, so we are really watching what we say when he is around!! haha. As for me, I am well. School work has proven to be a little rough these last couple of months, but I am still maintaining a 3.8 GPA and am halfway through my classes for my Associates degree in Criminal Justice. It is a great feeling knowing that soon I will finally have a degree!! I pray that time will slow down a little bit so that we can get everything taken care of before Jose leaves. I guess this is it for now. I will see all my Wyoming friends soon, and I am looking forward to the kids getting to spend some time with their cousins :) Love to all!!

Back home and moving..

Well we made it back from our month long vacation to Wyoming (which was sooo awesome) only to get the flu and then start moving. Jose was able to come pick us up at the airport and fly back to Georgia with us, so the trip wasn't that bad. Gabriel was sick on the way home however and that wasn't much fun. The next two days we all spent in the bathroom, couch or in bed. It was rough. Come to find out we all got the flu. Once that was over with we were able to stock up on grocery's and prepare for the big move to Kentucky. The movers come on Thursday to take most of our stuff. I am glad that I don't have to pack a lot, but still, we will be without a lot of our stuff until sometime in October. Not to mention we still have to sell this house and find a new one when we get there. Oh and did I mention that our dog is pregnant? Oh yeah, that's going to be fun, she is due about the time we have to move. So I have bought enough tylenol and Excedrin to get me though the month...not looking forward to all of this headache, but in the end I hope it will be what we want! haha. On a brighter note here are some pictures of our time in Wyoming. We really had a great time, and the month went way to quick, but I am sure my parents are glad to have their house back!

One Hot Weekend...

We took a little trip to the water park this weekend. It was only 96 degrees outside and we figured a little cool down was necessary. Michael of course loved it! He was hard to get out of the water. He is my little fish. Gabriel on the other hand took some getting used to. At first he hated it, then he was bearing it, then finally he didn't want to leave. They had what they call the lazy river. The boys loved getting soaked as we went under the bridges. Carolina was great, she slept almost the whole time, and only woke up to eat once, then on the ride home. We got some great pictures and had a blast. On Monday, Michael had his surgery, so he's a little sore now but he is such a trooper! Well here are the pictures from last weekends event.

Daddy made a new friend..

As you can see, Michael was anxious to get in the water!

Carolina Starts Solids!!

Well she hasn't had her 4 month check-up yet, but we decided to start her on solids anyway. She never seems to get enough milk and I figured she was old enough to start. She rolls over, holds her head really well, and is almost trying to sit up. She sure has been a joy to watch. She loves to coo and scream, and kick her feet. Jose was ready to start feeding her. I didn't realize how much he missed feeding babies!! haha. Well we caught the first feeding and decided to put them on here for your enjoyment as well..She made some really cute faces!

One of her many unhappy faces :(

Guess she didn't need our help after all

Trying to take off her bib

This one was so cute, we just had to add it

This was the first bite she took

Well not much has been going on around here. Summertime has finally arrived and the grass grows like crazy!! (Jose tells me this because he is the one cutting it every weekend). The kids are getting bigger. Carolina's big accomplishment this month has been rolling over. She learned how on the 3rd of June and hasn't slowed down since. She now hates being on her back. The boys are starting to say a few more words. They love to terrorise the dogs, and play with stuff they shouldn't. It has been fun, and a little demanding watching them at this stage. Jose is still working hard everyday. Really ready to get out of here. He should find out in the next couple weeks if the Military Police program is going to go through. If it does his schooling will last for 4 months. We are planning on returning to Wyoming for awhile if that happens. We have no idea where we would go after he does his schooling. As for me, I to am in school via the Internet. I attend the University of Phoenix online and I am working towards an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice. It is easier than I thought it would be, and I really like doing it this way. Well I guess that's it for now. Here are some pictures of the boys caught in the act, as well as Carolina! Enjoy. Hope to see most of you soon!

She is a daddy's girl!

Well the warmer weather has finally arrived here in Georgia, and what better way to welcome it than going to the beach? The boys had a blast playing in the sand, hitting each other with sticks and taking nose dives in the water! We drove for like 2 hours due to a traffic jam (people in the south can't drive) both ways! So the boys were sick of their car seats by the end of the day. Carolina slept so well with waves and the cool breeze...and I was happy to catch a little bit of sun!! Jose is going back to the field next month and the month after that....and after that...we aren't sure when and if he is going to deploy anytime soon but as an Army wife I've come to expect the worst. We take all the time we can get!! They are going to start opening up the pools and water parks soon, so we will have many more pictures to come! Love you guys!

Where are you going Michael? Jump in!

Yeah I know I look good!

aha! Take that!

Noooo!!!!! You are dirty!

Ahhhh...I love my boys!
